Banana Brownie Bowl – vegan, paleo, gluten-free

Banana Brownie Bowl

  • Servings: 1
  • Difficulty: Easy

1/2 over-ripe banana
1/3 C almond flour
1 Tbsp cocoa
1-2 tsp honey (use maple syrup for vegan)

1. In a small bowl, mash the banana.
2. Add the almond flour, cocoa, and honey. Mix until well combined.
3. Microwave for 1-2 minutes on high. (The time will depend on your microwave and how gooey you want your brownie to be.)
4. Add your favorite toppings, if desired.
