Sauteed Bell Peppers

Bell peppers sauteed in olive oil with garlic, salt, and pepper. This is a great way to add color to your meal!

Servings: 4

Time: 10 minutes

  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces (orange, red, or yellow pepper, or use some of each!)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add peppers to the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly blackened.
