Peanut Butter Cookie Bowl – Quick and Healthy

This tastes like a peanut butter cookie – and it’s good for you!
I love making my oatmeal this way – it’s not mushy at all.  Its texture is more like a soft, chewy cookie.

Servings: 1
Time: 3 minutes

1/3 C quick oats
1-2 tsp brown sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
2-3 Tbsp milk (use almond milk for vegan)
1 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp peanuts (or whatever nuts you have in the house)
  1. Combine oats, brown sugar and milk in a small bowl.
  2. Add the peanut butter on top of the oats.  You don’t need to mix it in.
  3. Cook on high in the microwave for one minute.
  4. Stir until the peanut butter is well incorporated.
  5. Top with the peanuts.
  6. Eat immediately.
