These fluffy pancakes are delicious and healthy!
Servings: 12
Time: 20 minutes
2 C whole wheat flour
1/4 C sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 3/4 C milk
1/4 C vegetable oil
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add egg, milk and vegetable. Stir until well combined.
- Heat a griddle or frying pan to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 C servings of the batter onto the frying pan or griddle. Cook 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is golden. Flip, and let finish cooking, another 1-2 minutes.
