These easy-to-make snacks have no added sugar and taste like brownies!
This recipe only needs 4 ingredients.
If you want to be daring (and add another ingredient), try rolling them in coconut flour, cinnamon, or powdered sugar (not quite as healthy, but YUM) before eating.
Time: 5 minutes
1 1/4 C walnuts
11 dried deglet noor dates
1/4 C peanut butter (use almond butter for paleo)
1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa
- Combine the dates and walnuts in a blender or food processor. Blend until finely ground.
- Add peanut butter and cocoa to the walnut mixture. Blend until everything is well incorporated.
- If the mixture is drier than you would like, add another tbsp of peanut butter. If it’s sticker than you would like, add another 1/4 C of nuts.
- Roll into balls of approximately 1 Tbsp.
