Sugar-free "Brownie" Bites

These easy-to-make snacks have no added sugar and taste like brownies!
This recipe only needs 4 ingredients.
If you want to be daring (and add another ingredient), try rolling them in coconut flour, cinnamon, or powdered sugar (not quite as healthy, but YUM) before eating.

Servings: 20
Time: 5 minutes

1 1/4 C walnuts
11 dried deglet noor dates
1/4 C peanut butter (use almond butter for paleo)
1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa
  1. Combine the dates and walnuts in a blender or food processor.  Blend until finely ground.
  2. Add peanut butter and cocoa to the walnut mixture.  Blend until everything is well incorporated.
  3. If the mixture is drier than you would like, add another tbsp of peanut butter.  If it’s sticker than you would like, add another 1/4 C of nuts.
  4. Roll into balls of approximately 1 Tbsp.
