Delicious teriyaki chicken made easy in the slow cooker!
This chicken tastes great over brown rice or quinoa.

3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
4/3 C low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 C plus 2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 C plus 2 Tbsp honey
1/4 C plus 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp minced ginger
1/4 C chicken broth
2 Tbsp corn starch
Whenever I find a great recipe, I usually tweak it a bit to make it healthier or easier. But this recipe is really perfect just the way it is. The only change I make is to double it – because our family loves it!
