Servings: 15
Time: 10 minutes
 
1 C almond flour
1/4 C peanut butter (use almond butter for paleo)
2 Tbsp honey (can sub maple syrup for vegan)
2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips (use paleo or sugar-free, if desired)
 
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, peanut butter and honey.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and mix in.
  3. Shape into balls of approximately 1 Tbsp each.
